All of our products are a Natural 100% Solid Oak and colour variations may occur. This is not a fault with the product.

You can cancel your Contract within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period, this must be done by email only, and return to us the Product(s) which are the subject of the Contract, we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, we have the right to charge a returns delivery charge and take the amount off the refund.

If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, please report any damages within 3 days, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you. We have the right to replace the product(s) like for like and will inform you via e-mail or telephone within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
